Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition with all tags attached
Returned in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

A $10.95 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.

A $6.95 exchange fee applies
Our instant exchange option allows your new item to ship immediately to secure availability

If the original item is not returned within 14 days of initiating the exchange, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the exchanged item.

Store Credit

Customers may request store credit within 21 days of delivery.

A $10.95 processing fee will be deducted from the issued store credit
Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Intimates
Beauty products
Home goods

International Returns

We accept international returns; however:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@trophydaughter.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
